When you are contacting me I am collecting, storing and using your personal data for the specific purpose providing the performance you have requested and possible further communication.

Your personal data are being considered in adherence, scope and line with the legal guidelines as mentioned above. This could be your name, address, e-mail address and phone number.

Generally I am not distributing your personal data to anyone.

3. Automatically Recorded not Individual Related Data
When you are visiting my website not individual-related data will be automatically recorded by default.

These data include for instance your IP-address given to you by your provider, browser type, operating system, date, access times, my visited webpages and referring website addresses. These could eventually allow tracking back to personal identifiable data.

I am not evaluating such data. My server-host is obliged in adherance with the GDPR regulation, article 28, to comply with the obligations of a mandated processor. The contractual processing under the GDPR, article 32 to 36 is solely within the EU member states.

The website BodhiArt is SSL certified which supports secure access through the https/SSL protocol.

SSL stands for ‚Secure Socket Layer’ and is a special encoding of communication data transported between computer and server.

Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer when you visit certain web pages for the functionality and further development regarding optimal improvement of your overall online experience. When you visit my website you are being informed on the cookie plug-in and the cookies are deleted thereafter.
